WHAT IS PILATES?
Pilates is a fitness system designed to develop strength, flexibility, and coordination. With an emphasis on core engagement, breath, and neuro-muscular connection development, investing in this work will give you a full body workout and help you live a stronger, more physically confident life.
Samantha received her 500 hour Pilates Teacher Certification in 2016 at Whole Body Pilates where she is currently an instructor and associate faculty for the Pilates Teacher Training Program.
Her passions include teaching beginners and inviting them into the system, preparing folks for upcoming surgery or rehabilitating after a physical event or surgery, and helping folks pursue their goals.

ONLINE PRIVATES & DUETS!
Samantha is available to meet with clients through Zoom and cater the workout for you and your goals.
These classes can be mat focused or utilize any other equipment you have in your home.
All you need is a mat, internet access, a bit of space, and a device with a camera.
